Website chatbot conversations may be stored so LeftclickTech can maintain context, respond to requests, and provide human follow-up. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, authentication tokens, or other sensitive information.

Chat and analytics

Full messages remain in the application database and are available only to the visitor associated with the browser session or account and authorised administrators. Chat content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, and internal session identifiers are not sent to analytics or advertising platforms. Consent-gated analytics receive only controlled stage, intent, and outcome categories. The chat panel is masked from Microsoft Clarity recordings.

Anonymous sessions and retention

Anonymous history is linked to a random browser cookie. It is not verified identity and may be unavailable if cookies are removed. Conversations are archived on request and deleted according to the configured retention period or a valid deletion request.
